THE
UNDEFINED
We begin without a fixed name. Without a final form.Without the need to resolve ourselves into categories that were never made to hold us.
Untitled is not an absence. It is a refusal. A refusal to be finalized, classified, contained, or translated into something easily consumable. It is a commitment to remain open to multiplicity, contradiction, transformation, and becoming.
We believe art does not need permission to exist. We believe in community building. We believe spaces must be actively reshaped in order to hold voices historically pushed to the margins.
Untitled exists to create that space.
A space for FLINTA artists. For queer artists. For migrants, diasporic voices, and artists working between languages, histories, and identities. For emerging creators whose practices remain unsupported by institutional structures. For those whose work is considered “too much,” “not enough,” “unclear,” “political,” “fragile,” “unfinished,” or “undefined.”
We embrace the undefined.
In a cultural landscape still shaped by binary systems, colonial inheritances, gatekeeping, and Western centralization, we seek to create another orientation, one rooted in fluidity, solidarity, experimentation, and care. We are not interested in reproducing the structures that exclude. We are interested in opening cracks within them.
Untitled is not a fixed collective. Not a closed institution. Not a static identity.
It is a living process.
A temporary collection of artists, thinkers, bodies, sounds, images, and encounters. A place where things may remain unresolved. Where uncertainty is not weakness but potential. Where art can exist before explanation.
We work through exhibitions, performances, workshops, conversations, mentorship, and collaboration. We build networks of mutual support. We create visibility where invisibility has been enforced. We make room for experimentation without demanding assimilation.
We understand culture as something collectively produced, not inherited from a singular center of authority, but continuously reshaped through exchange, resistance, and presence.
Untitled is therefore not merely a project space. It is a community and an invitation:
To question inherited norms.To dismantle rigid structures.To imagine otherwise.To remain open.To stay in motion.
We do not seek completion.We seek possibility.
